Welspun Enterprises has announced that the Honourable high Court of Gujarat on 22 April 2015 has given its approval for the Scheme of Arrangement between Welspun Enterprises, Welspun Infratech, Welspun Plastics, Welspun Infra Projects and Welspun Projects and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
