Welspun India announces resignation of director

Welspun India announced Apurba Kumar Dasgupta, Independent director of the Company has resigned with effect from close of business hours on 30 June 2016. The Board while accepting his resignation acknowledged his long association with the Company and support extended by him throughout his stint.
