Wockhardt allots 8200 equity shares

Under ESOP

Wockhardt has allotted 8200 Equity Shares pursuant to exercise of employee stock options. In view of the above, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 55,31,52,265/- (11,06,30,453 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each) to Rs. 55,31,93,265/- (11,06,38,653 equity shares of Rs.5/- each).
