Wyeth gets High Court approval for scheme of amalgamation

Wyeth announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on 31 October 2014 considered and approved the amalgamation of the Company with Pfizer, in terms of the Scheme of Amalgamation between the Company, Wyeth Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
