Yash Papers to hold board meeting

Yash Papers will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 March 2016, to consider issue and allotment of 75,40,000 equity warrants on preferential basis and conversion of the same into equity shares to Ved Krishna, Managing Director and Promoter of the Company subject to in-principal approval of Stock Exchange.
