Yes Bank gets in-principle approval to set up MF, AMC and Trustee Co.

Yes Bank has received an in-principle approval from the SEBI to sponsor a Mutual Fund and to set up an Asset Management Company and a Trustee Company. The AMC and the Trustee Company shall be set up as wholly owned subsidiaries of Yes Bank. This is further to the Reserve Bank of India approval granted to Yes Bank in October 2015.
