Z F Steering Gear (India) announces change in directorate

With effect from 01 January 2015

Z F Steering Gear (India) announced that Carl Magnus Backlund, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company, which is effective from 01 January 2015. Consequently, Klaus Traeder, Alternate Director to Carl Magnus Backlund too, will cease to be Director of the Company with effect from 01 January 2015.
