Zee Entertainment fixes record date for preference bonus

Zee Entertainment Enterprises announced that 04 March 2014 has been fixed as record date for issuance of 6% cumulative redeemable non- convertible preference shares of Re 1 each as bonus in the ratio of 21 bonus preference shares of Re 1 each for 1 equity share of Re 1 each held in the company.
