Zenith Computers updates on reference with the BIFR

On 19 September 2014

Zenith Computers announced that the Company made a reference dated 22 November 2013, under section 15(1) of the Sick Industries (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 with the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction, New Delhi.

The aforesaid reference was registered by Board as Case No. 44/2014 communicated vide their reference no 3(Z-2) BC/2013 dated 02 September 2014.
