Zenotech Laboratories announces change in directorate

On 30 June 2015

Zenotech Laboratories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company on 30 June 2015, appointed, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company, Virendra Gunvantrai Bhatt as independent director of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, Vijay G. Agarwal & Surinder Kumar Kohli have resigned from their offices as directors of the Company with immediate effect.
