Zensar Technologies fixes record date for interim dividend

Record date is 30 January 2015; Dividend payment date is 16 February 2015

Zensar Technologies announced that 30 January 2015 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend shall be paid on or around 16 February 2015.
