Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals acquires additional stake in Chemicals and Fertilizers

Zuari Agro Chemicals announced that Zuari Fertilisers and Chemicals (ZFCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has acquired additional 36.56% (totaling 53.03%) equity shares of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilizers (MCFL) and therefore MCFL has become a subsidiary of ZFCL. Consequently, MCFL has also become subsidiary of Zuari Agro Chemicals.
