17 militants killed in Pakistan airstrike

At least 17 suspected militants were killed in air strikes in Pakistan's North Waziristan region, the media reported on Monday

Sources said that military planes pounded suspected militant hideouts at Gorbaz and Zoi in Shawal tehsil near the Afghan border on Sunday, Dawn online reported.

Seventeen 'militants' were killed and several others injured.

Four hideouts were also destroyed.
