25 washed away as Kashmir bus falls into river

Twenty five people were washed away in Rajouri district of Jammu region Thursday when a bus carrying a marriage party fell into a swollen river.

Police said the bus carrying the marriage party went out of the driver's control and plunged into the river near Noushera town of Rajouri district Thursday morning.

"While four passengers have survived, 25 have been washed away by the river in which the bus plunged," the official said.
