40 killed in Iran plane crash
At least 40 people were killed Sunday when a passenger plane crashed shortly after take off from the Tehran airport in Iran.
Officials said the Taban Airlines plane crashed due to engine failure, IRNA news agency reported.
The plane which was heading to Tabas in South Khorassan province crashed near a residential area in northwest Tehran.
