800 kg cocaine seized in Colombia

Colombian police have seized 800 kg of cocaine hidden inside a tanker on the outskirts of the capital city of Bogota, a media report said on Thursday.

Authorities following the tanker stopped it at one of the entrance roads to Bogota on Wednesday, Xinhua news agency reported.

Colombian police have seized 88 tonnes of cocaine so far this year.
