Air India flight makes emergency landing in Gaya

A technical snag forced an Air India plane to return to Gaya and make an emergency landing minutes after it had taken off on a flight to Delhi, an official said.

Congress leader Shashi Tharoor was among 127 passengers in the plane that had to return around 10-12 minutes after take off, the official said.

All the passengers and crew are safe, the official added.
