Actress Akshara Haasan will be making her Tamil debut with upcoming yet-untitled film featuring Ajith Kumar. The film, which also stars Kajal Aggarwal, is currently on the floors in Belgrade.
"Akshara plays the second leading lady and she has an action-oriented role. While Ajith will be seen as an Interpol agent, Akshara will be seen as his partner," a source from the film's unit told IANS.
Being directed by Siva, nearly 70 per cent of the film will be shot abroad and the rest in India.
"Ajith investigates a murder that takes place in Tamil Nadu and some clues lead him to Europe where most of the film will be shot," he said.
Produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, the film will feature music by Anirudh Ravichander.
