Ankita Raina loses in Guangzhou Open tennis

Indian tennis player Ankita Raina lost her women's doubles first round, partnering China's Ying Zhang, at the $250,000 Guangzhou Open here on Wednesday.

Ankita and Ying went down in straight sets to Serbian pair of Jelena Jankovic and Aleksandra Krunic at the Guangzhou International Tennis Center.

The winning pair took just an hour and six minutes to win 6-4, 6-1 to advance to the quarterfinals.
