CCI approves Reliance Aerostructure-Thales India JV
The Competition Commission of India (CCI) on Wednesday approved the formation of a joint venture between Reliance Aerostructure and Thales India.
"@CCI_India approves formation of joint venture between Reliance Aerostructure Ltd. and Thales India Private ltd," the CCI said in a tweet.
