China to host 4-nation football tourney

China will open the under-18 four-nation football tournament here Tuesday.

The five-day tournament features Mexico, the runner-up in the 2011 world youth championship, Croatia, South Korea and hosts China, reports Xinhua.

China U18 coach Li Bing said this tournament is a warm-up event ahead of the qualifying tournament for the AFC Asian under-19 championship.
