It will be a clear Monday here and the maximum temperature would hover around 25 degrees Celsius, the Met Office said.
"There was shallow fog in the morning and the visibility at 8.30 a.m. was 1,000 metres," said an official of the India Meteorological Department.
According to Northern Railway, 15 trains coming to the city were delayed.
The day's minimum temperature settled at two levels above the season's average at 10.5 degrees Celsius.
The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 88 percent percent.
Sunday's maximum temperature was two notches above the average for the reason at 24.7 degrees Celsius, and the minimum temperature was a notch above the season's average at 9.3 degrees Celsius.
