Cloudy, humid Tuesday morning in Delhi

It was a cloudy, humid Tuesday morning in the national capital with the minimum temperature recorded 23 degree celsius, a notch below the season's average.

The Met has forecast rain later during the day.

The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 34 degree celsius.

"Tuesday will see a cloudy day. Rain is expected in the afternoon," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).

Humidity at 8.30 a.m was 89 per cent.

Monday's maximum temperature was recorded 32.7 degree celsius, two notches below the season's average while the minimum temperature settled at 26.4 degrees celsius, a notch below the season's avearge.
