Contractor shot at in Delhi

A 22-year-old contractor was shot at and escaped with a bullet wound in his hand, police said Friday.

"Mohit Dalal, a contractor in a power plant in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, was intercepted by attackers at Sarai Rohilla area in north Delhi Thursday late night," said a police officer."One of them fired at Dalal and fled from the scene," the officer added.

"It was an outcome of a personal enmity. The accused will be arrested soon," the officer said.
