After conceding a 22-run first innings lead, Dr DY Patil Academy (Mumbai) fought back to reduce Haryana CA to 129 for nine in their second essay at stumps on the second day of the semi-final match in the KSCA All-India cricket tournament here on Sunday.

DY Patil Academy, in reply to Haryana's 221, were all out for 199, but with left-arm spinner Iqbal Abdullah claiming four for 46, had their opponents on the ropes.

In the other semi-final, a century by Abhishek Reddy (116, 242b, 16x4, 2x6) and his 176-run partnership with Pavan Deshpande (93 not out) saw KSCA XI make 238 for one in reply to Vidarbha CA's first innings tally of 352.
