Delhi forest guard arrested for taking bribe

A forest guard here has been arrested for accepting a bribe to give permission for cutting of trees, the anti-corruption branch said.

Dinesh Kumar demanded a sum of Rs. 2 lakh to give permission to cut trees, ACB chief S.S. Yadav told IANS.

"On a complaint, we arrested Kumar-red handed while accepting a sum of Rs.40,000," he added.
