US President Donald Trump is delivering his highly-anticipated maiden speech to the Congress at the Capitol Hill here.
He is seeking to strengthen his young presidency, boost low approval ratings and detail an agenda of economic empowerment, health reforms and increased defence spending.
During the first 40 days in office, Trump has followed an aggressive homeland security -- proposing immigration bans, border walls and a roughly 10 per cent hike in budget for national security.
