Emily Blunt welcomes girl

Actress Emily Blunt is blessed with a daughter.

Blunt and her husband John Krasinski welcomed their first child Sunday, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

Krasinski shared the news on microblogging website Twitter with a post which read: "Emily and I are so incredibly happy to welcome our daughter Hazel into the world today! Happy birthday."

Blunt and Krasinski started dating in 2008 and got engaged a year later before tying the knot in Italy in 2010.
