Explosion in Russian building kills six

At least six people were killed and seven injured when a gas pipe exploded in a residential building in Moscow region Monday morning, authorities said.

The explosion occurred at around 9.30 a.m. in a nine-storey building in Sergiyevo Posad district, north of Moscow, causing partial collapse of four apartments between the eighth and ninth floors.
