Five persons were killed and another was critically injured on Thursday when a speeding car they were travelling in rammed into a stationary bus in Saharanpur district of Uttar Pradesh, police said.
Four of the dead were from one family while the fifth was the car driver.
The car occupants were returning from Ludhiana when the accident occurred in the Qutubsher area on the Ambala-Dehradun highway.
Police said the car was badly mangled as it hit the bus at very high speed.
