Five school children killed in Bihar road accident

At least five school children were killed on Thursday when the vehicle they were travelling in was hit by a speeding truck in Bihar's Kishanganj district, police said.

The incident took place near Rampur in Kishanganj, about 400 km from here.

Angered over the incident, hundreds of local residents blocked the road in protest and demanded compensation for the victims.
