Core service elements of the SOC include continuous real-time threat monitoring, security reporting, 24x7 access to the Hitachi Systems's cyber security platform, dedicated information security specialists, and escalation of discovered threat activity within 15 minutes.

This establishment of the SOC comes in view of the rapidly changing and the growing number of unpredictable cyber incidents.

"Organisations today are rethinking their security requirements as they are becoming increasingly aware of protecting their most valuable asset - data," Seth said.

Hitachi Systems Micro Clinic, which already has a (NOC) in Gurugram to assist clients' business process automation agenda, was established in in 1991. It became a group company of in 2014.
