Independent power meter testing agency in Delhi

Delhi Chief Minster Arvind Kejriwal Friday announced an independent meter testing agency would be set up to look into complaints of inflated power bills.

"The first 10,000 complaints with regard to fast running meters will be examined randomly. If it is found that the number of the genuine complaints are higher, we will take action accordingly," he said.
