India Cements posts Rs.5 crore profit, total income down

Cement major India Cements Ltd on Wednesday said it closed the third quarter of the current fiscal with a profit of Rs.5.46 crore as compared to net loss of Rs.11.68 crore in the same period last year while its total income slid down.

In a regulatory filing in BSE, the company said its total income slid down to Rs.937.05 crore for the quarter under review as against Rs.1,040.60 crore earned for the quarter ended December 31, 2014.
