IS member moves Delhi court, seeks bail for surgery

A suspected member of terrorist outfit Islamic State (IS) has moved a plea in a Delhi court seeking interim bail to undergo a kidney surgery.
Moinuddin Shareef Khan's lawyer M.S. Khan has requested the court to grant a 15-day interim bail to his client so that he can undergo the surgery to remove kidney stones.
The accused has informed jail authorities but they have not made any arrangement for his surgery, defence counsel said.
The court has asked Tihar Jail authorities and National Investigation Agency (NIA) to file response to Moinuddin's plea by July 31.
Moinuddin along with Naseer Packers and others is facing trial for motivating Indian youths to join the IS.
