Looks like Justin Bieber, who was arrested at a beach in Miami for drunk driving and drag racing, is now having fun in Panama.
It is believed that the 19-year-old reached Panama Saturday morning, so that he could hit a beach that's much more lenient with its drinking laws, reports tmz.com.
His new girlfriend Chantel Jeffries tagged along for the trip.
The drinking age in Panama is 18 -- not that it really matters.
