Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday congratulated his Bihar counterpart and JD-U leader Nitish Kumar on his "historic victory" in assembly elections.
"Many, many congratulations for this historic victory," tweeted Kejriwal, who came out in support of Nitish Kumar ahead of and during the staggered elections that ended on November 5.
