Actress Liv Tyler accidentally flashed her undergarment when she stepped out here.

During her recent outing, "The Leftovers" star suffered wardrobe malfunction, flashing her thigh and black underwear as the strong wind blew, reports aceshowbiz.com.

She sported a black-and-blue wraparound dress and a pair of sunglasses and was apparently unaware of the incident.
