Maharashtra moves caveat in SC on Maratha quota

The government on Monday moved a in the urging it not to pass any order on any petition challenging its granting 16 per cent in education and jobs to the politically influential community.

Accordingly, they became entitled to the quota benefits under Articles 15(4) and 16(4) of the Constitution.
