A 30-year-old man has been arrested here with a kilogram of heroin valued Rs.1 crore, police said Friday.
Manoj Kumar, a resident of Rohini in north Delhi, was caught when he went to Mayur Vihar in east Delhi to deliver the consignment Wednesday night, Additional Commissioner of Police Ravindra Yadav said.
Kumar told police that he took to drug business after failing to make a mark in real estate business.
His elder sister, Kusum, was a known drug peddler who is now lodged in the Tihar Jail here.
