Modi greets Bhutan PM on birthday
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday greeted his Bhutanese counterpart, Tshering Tobgay, on his birthday and wished him good health.
"Birthday greetings to the youthful and dynamic PM of Bhutan, my good friend Tshering Tobgay. I pray for his good health and long life," Modi tweeted.
People's Democratic Party leader Tobgay became Bhutan's prime minister in 2013.
