Murdered man's sister strangled

A 17-year-old girl, whose brother was murdered a few months back, was strangled near her house here Sunday, police said.

The body of Huma Kausar, a resident of Gokulpuri area in east Delhi, was spotted by a passerby in the morning in bushes near her house, police said.

Kausar's body bore strangulation marks on the neck and had injuries on the head, police said.

"She lived in her home alone as her brother was murdered a few months back," said a police officer.
