NBA: David West fined for hitting Griffin
The Indiana Pacers power forward David West was fined $15,000 for hitting the Los Angeles Clippers forward Blake Griffin, announced the NBA league Sunday.
West elbowed Griffin in the jaw during the second quarter of the Pacers' 106-92 win over the Clippers Saturday, which brought him a flagrant foul immediately.
West averaged 12.3 points and 6.7 rebounds for the Pacers this season.
