Nepal PM Prachanda resigns
Nepal Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' on Wednesday announced his resignation during a televised address.
The move paves the way for Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba to become the next Prime Minister, as part of an agreement.
