One dead, one injured in blast at Istanbul airport

At least one person was killed and another injured in a blast in Istanbul's Sabiha Gokcen airport on Wednesday, Turkish media reported.

A woman cleaner Zehra Yamac was killed and another person Canan Burgulu was injured in the explosion that occurred around 2. a.m. local time, Xinhua reported.

The cause of the explosion was not clear, but witnesses said they heard three consecutive explosions.
