Power Grid Corporation of India on Wednesday reported an increase of 32.01 per cent in its standalone net profit for the quarter ended September 30, 2016.
The company's standalone net profit for the quarter under review rose to Rs 1,872 crore from Rs 1,418.03 crore.
According to the company, its standalone total income during the period ended September 30 was higher by 29.86 per cent to Rs 6,480.20 crore from Rs 4,990.06 crore earned during the corresponding period of 2015-16.
