President awards medals to IIT-Patna toppers

President Pranab Mukherjee Saturday awarded medals to three toppers and degrees to dozens of students of IIT-Patna at its second convocation ceremony.

Mukherjee, who arrived here on a short visit, was the chief guest at the ceremony.

He awarded the president's gold medal to Abhinav of computer science engineering, the director's gold medal to Kshitij of electrical engineering branch and a silver medal to Ashutosh Kumar.

Mukherjee returned to New Delhi late evening.
