President greets Luxembourg on National Day

President Pranab Mukherjee extended his greetings to the Grand Duke and people of Luxembourg on Monday on the eve of their National Day.

"I extend my warm greetings and felicitations to your Royal Highness and to the people of Luxembourg," the president said in a statement.

"Our relations are marked by goodwill and mutual understanding, which has grown significantly in the recent years.

"I am confident that the existing bonds of friendship between the people of India and Luxemborg will continue to strengthen and grow in the years to come," he added.
