A second-half strike from defender Rever earned Flamengo a 1-1 draw with leaders Corinthians in Brazil's Serie A championship.
Former Manchester City striker Jo gave Corinthians an early lead after a counter-attack at Corinthians Arena before Rever squared the ledger with a low shot after Juan's headed pass on Sunday, reports Xinhua news agency.
The result extended Corinthians' unbeaten run in Brazil's top flight to 17 matches. The Sao Paulo club lead the 20-team standings with 41 points while Flamengo are fifth, 12 points adrift.
In other matches on Sunday, Atletico Goias won 2-1 at Chapecoense, Vitoria drew 0-0 at Cruzeiro, hosts Gremio drew 1-1 with Santos, Sport won 3-1 at Bahia and Atletico Mineiro won 2-0 away to Coritiba.
