Rs 17 lakh looted from bank in Jharkhand

Unidentified criminals on Tuesday looted Rs 17 lakh from an Allahabad Bank branch in Jharkhand's West Singhbhum district, police said.

According to police, four men looted the cash from the bank in Chakradharpur at gun-point. The criminals also injured the security guard who sought to resist them.

Police have launched an operation to nab the criminals.
